Our telecommunications system is quite advanced. Our main number is answered 94% of the time by a caring receptionist within 5 rings. After hours, you are given the option to press a button in emergency and your call is automatically routed to the on-call doctor’s cell phone. No answering service delays! In the event of a non-emergency after hours call, you are invited to leave voice mail in any of the appropriate department voice mailboxes.

Our fax system is also quite high tech. Your typed fax messages are never printed but directly recorded into your EMR or routed to the appropriate staff person.
