Your insurance continues to cover lab work, specialist referrals, hospitalizations, imaging, and prescriptions exactly as it always has. The monthly membership fee covers your physician’s time, direct availability, and the enhanced level of care that standard insurance reimbursement alone cannot support. Think of membership as paying for the relationship — everything else runs through insurance as normal.

Yes. PrimeCare of Novi cares for patients from newborns through seniors, and multiple family members can enroll in the Personalized program. Children under 26 are included for free. Each member has their own membership and their own direct relationship with their physician. If you are hospitalized, your PrimeCare physician advocates for you with the hospital team and follows your care closely.
